The Pub

Country Music Assn of Australia’s Country Music Venue of the Year 2006 and 2007. The Pub is the best known country music venue in Australia. Proudly hosting some of the biggest names in the Australian country music industry during the Tamworth country music festival each January. Live music every Friday night and supporting junior talent with the CCMA Pub Jam the third Sunday of every month.
The sponsor of the Australian Songwriters Assn Awards, Country Category, for approximately ten years.
Underwritten the Tamworth Camerata youth country music school for seven years.

The food is generous and excellent value. The tavern has a large dining trade and has some well known signature dishes, including The Pub Burger which is the big Australian burger with the “lot”.
