Brian Howard aka “Howdy” is a household name in the traditional Australian Country Music scene. Howdy has been performing at The Pub for over 20 years and his show “Howdy’s Hoedown” was a sort after gig.
Howdy is true to the pioneers and the true Aussie culture in music and The Pub is excited to have the Hoedown back again.
The Pub has received various awards as a quality country music venue. Every Friday night you will find live entertainment, keeping with the tradition of Tamworth, Country Music Capital of Australia.
Situated on the rim of the Taminda industrial area and the rural outskirts of town, you could be talking the latest saleyard prices over a cold beer, having a business lunch or celebrating a win as you leave the race course. The Pub is the last port of call before the airport on the Oxley Highway.
